Meet Pastor Fred
Decades of Service
Pastor Fred Rodriguez has served in full-time ministry for nearly 45 years, including more than three decades as Lead Pastor of Elsinore First Assembly of God and many years as Southern California Network Executive Presbyter. Now, through Eagle Wind Ministries, Pastor Fred travels nationwide and overseas to preach the Gospel, encourage leaders, and strengthen congregations.
